Coach leaders and line management on their change aptitude and knowledge to ensure the vision is reflected from the top down. Establish and equip a network of Change Champions to own and initiate activities that will drive adoption.


KEY #2:
ENGAGE STAKEHOLDERS

Lead individuals through the transition using effective training, communication, and stimulating engagement activities driven by the Change Champion Network, to build local excitement, spread knowledge, and to ensure all barriers of resistance are identified and overcome as early as possible.

Arrive at go-live and support stakeholders and they begin operating in a new way. Ensure expected behaviors are actioned and maintained, and individuals have the support to move forward, thrive, and claim the future state rewards. Sustain the change by updating New Hire Training to reflect the new environment. Take note of the lessons learned and best practices that can be leveraged for future implementations.
